A Bermondsey institution since 2003, a stone throw away from London Bridge, the Garrison has grown up with the surrounding neighbourhood, always with a nod to its original intention: to serve quality food & drink, and to do it with a smile. Highly focused on fresh British produce with the chefs changing menus frequently to highlight the best seasonal offering, sourced from local Bermondsey suppliers, and predominately from British farms and fishermen.

Delighted to share the news that we’ve been awarded the top 3-star rating in the 2026 Food Made Good Awards by the Sustainable Restaurant Association, recognising our commitment to doing things properly. From locally sourced, seasonal menus (think Oxfordshire-grown asparagus, Norfolk foraging, and responsibly sourced seafood) to reducing food waste, and raising over £300k for brilliant causes.
