White onion soup with truffle oil and mature cheddar cheese scone

Braised Shoulder of Lamb with rosemary potato rosti, sautéed kale and red currant gravy

Cauliflower Bhaji with tamarind ketchup

Cornish Monkfish Scampi with jalapeño and dill mayo

Miso glazed Cornfed Chicken with garlic mash, charted sweetcorn, pickled girolles, crispy onions and jus

Venuson pâté en croûte with b**r mustard and pickles

Fish pie with parmesan and parlsey crumb, cabbage, leeks, and peas (staff favourite)
