💭A bit about our special guest:
Chef Lawrence Barrow opens the series,
bringing his fire-forward concept “Hearth and Tine”, which champions seasonal Northern Irish ingredients using open flame, smoke and char at its core.
Born and raised in Ballymena, Barrow trained across Australia and New Zealand
before returning to London. He was recently
featured on The Great British Menu 2026, winning the Northern Ireland heat and earning a place in the show’s final!
