Curry night in with my lovely neighbour , sampling my new creation that's going on Specials next week! ❤️ Dansak style Curry, Tamarind and Tomato based, with Masala Cauliflower, Butternut Squash, Lentils and Spinach - delicious, packed with veggies, spicy, sweet and sour, and it goes so well with a splash of soya yoghurt 🤤🥘
