I have been asked to replace my beloved butter for Stork in this Biscoff cake for Yuvi who cannot have milk. I am glad he has no problem with eggs as I decided to make my Swiss Meringue Buttercream with Stork and it worked great. It’s not that stable and it was hard to get the perfectly smooth finish but the taste is even better, slightly salty and slightly sweet it complements Biscoff amazingly. I made some cake pots for shed so you can try as well ❤️
