A 60-second masterclass in the Nobu London Business Bento Box.

The process begins with our House Special Roll, layering tuna, salmon, yellowtail, white fish. Held together by a thin sheet of daikon radish.

Next, we move to the Whitefish Tiradito. Thinly sliced whitefish finished with a dot of rocoto chili, a squeeze of fresh lime and a sprinkle of cilantro and Peruvian pink salt.

Finally, we finish with a Selection of Sushi. Each piece is hand-pressed to ensure the rice is aerated and light, allowing the natural oils of the fish to take center stage.

Everything has to be balanced, flavour and technique is the cornerstone of our Business Bento.
