Salary: Depending on experience up to £30,000 per annum

Born in 2018 LCS is now one of the main importers of Swedish Craft Beer into the UK. With over 20 years experience in owning and
running bars/restaurants making our customers happy is at the heart of what we do.
Like every other business within craft beer and hospitality the last few months have been a trying time. We have used this time to plan and set solid goals for the future and have expanded our quickly growing company through our e-commerce. We are now looking for a new member to join our team in the role of Tap room/E-commerce manager at our Bermondsey site.
About The Role
You will have full control of the day to day running of the Bermondsey site. You will hire, lead and inspire your own team. Making sure you and your team meet the financial targets set. You'll be responsible for making sure our high standards are upheld in both customer service, bar cleanliness/general upkeep and stock management. Your absolute priority will be customer service whether at our physical taproom or packing/handling orders from our e-commerce shop. Your standards will be incredibly high, so making sure each transaction is warm, smooth and efficient will be key to being successful in this role.
We all enjoy a beer at the end of the day and we always aim to make our employees feel like part of the family but the main focus of our team must always be service, standards and improvement.
About You
• A minimum of 3 years hospitality/bar management experience is essential for this role but training and support will always be on hand.
• Proven experience of successfully managing and developing a driven and high performing with examples of team progression
• Targets - You are able to keep time deadlines and financial targets in mind during the working day.
• A strong interest in craft beer and a desire to learn our products inside and out (with plenty of support and beer tastings from us along the way!)
• Customer service - This must be a key part of your working personality. You have a love of customer satisfaction and have a warm, friendly yet professional manor.
• Independent - You must be uptempo in your pace of working within a team but also while working alone. Task orientated and love getting things done!
• Ideas - We are a creative company and enjoy discussing new ideas and enjoy our staff to be the same.
