Meet Andrea, the mushroom master. 🍄‍🟫

Welcome to Andrea’s world, where cooking, hosting, and feeding people always comes with the secret ingredient: amore.

Andrea is one of those rare people with the biggest heart, the kind that makes you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. And one of his greatest passions? Mushrooms.

We all carry childhood memories that stay with us forever, like little guiding stars. For Andrea, that memory is pioppini mushrooms, bringing him straight back to family meals and moments in Italy.

When he couldn’t find the mushrooms he loved anywhere in London, he decided to learn how to grow them himself. From scratch.

Years later, Andrea has built his own mushroom lab, carefully automating every system to grow incredible mushrooms, later transformed into delicious dishes at Portobello Ristorante Pizzeria.

Here’s to the first official mushroom harvest, and to many more to come. ❤️
