Here’s one of our homemade cakes, the kind we always save room for. And if you can’t make it to enjoy it with us, Andrea wanted to share the recipe with you too. 🍒

You can then follow it with the recipe:

Cherry Cake

Ingredients:

* 500g pitted cherries
* 200g sugar
* 3 whole eggs
* 70g butter, melted
* 15g baking powder
* 200g plain (all-purpose) flour
* Zest of 1 lemon
* A pinch of salt

Method:

1. Melt the butter and mix it into the batter.
2. Fold in the pitted cherries.
3. Pour the batter into a prepared cake tin.
4. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 45 minutes.

Important: Do not open the oven door while the cake is baking, otherwise the cake may sink. 🤭
