An unforgettable first day
We’ve been delighted to share a selection of Ixchel’s signature dishes with guests, alongside our Taste of London exclusive: grilled lamb with pistachio mole, created especially for the festival.
The energy has been incredible, and we’re immensely proud of our team, whose passion and dedication have made the opening day such a success.
Join us throughout the weekend, and on Saturday at 8pm, don’t miss our Head Chef Ximena at the Taste Fire Pit, the flame-fuelled centrepiece of Taste of London, where she’ll be celebrating the craft of cooking over fire.
