Bounty Pain au Chocolat – Filled with coconut frangipane and coconut crunchy paste from sourced by . Topped with .gourmet chocolate ganache and coconut chips.

SPICY CHAAT HONEY TOAST. Available through June from 12pm on the weekends.

A take on our honey mix adding a blend of spices and dried chillies, making it HOT. Smeared with a whipped feta yogurt (garlic, herbs and cumin). Topped with cherry tomato chaat. A blend of various cherry tomatoes (tiger, yellow, datterini), baby shallots and a unique sauce to bring all the flavours together. Finished with a temper, pistachios and pomegranate seeds.

As always, the pastries are best paired with a cup of chai.

Perfect for a savoury start to the day, a quick lunch or an evening treat. So versatile, you don’t need a reason to have it.

Recommend to pair with a hot Kesar chai or an iced Kashmiri chai.

The Bakehouse has always been about experimenting with flavours.

A Pandan Mango Danish that somehow feels familiar with a cup of masala chai. A cardamom bun rooted in Scandinavian baking, but carried by a spice so central to South Asia. Savoury bakes like the samosa croissant that borrow from different traditions without trying to imitate any one of them completely.

That’s the beauty of the Bakehouse to us. It’s a reflection of London, of travel, of shared ideas, of growing up between influences and allowing them to coexist honestly.

Chai remains the thread running through it all. But around it is a showcase of what can happen when flavours, heritage and curiosity meet without boundaries. Just new things, made with respect for the produce.

Our bakers are always thinking about how we can elevate the menu and bring you only the best.

Drop by and try the new Masala Suisse and let us know how much you like it.

Made with chocolate drops and dulcey chocolate, infused with our masala spices, it’s the best of sweet and spiced.

A fresh savoury take on the croissant at the bakehouse.

Savoury paneer swirl - a spring green mix (swiss chard, dandelion leaf, cime di rapa) cooked in ghee shallots and garam masala, with zingy lemony paneer chunks. A full meal with fibers and protein.

Did you know spring greens are slightly bitter and excellent for your gut and health?

Special: Apple Miso Honey Toast.

This month, our honey toast is baked like a tarte tatin. With fine layers of apples and a miso honey, the mix brings in more depth with a umami flavour.
