the name "3BIS" comes from the address of the small laboratory where our passion for gelato was first realised; we have kept it unchanged over the years to remind us of our roots and the original artisan way we realise each of our products. Bringing our experience to London, we decided to export a name which has been associated with the satisfaction of our customers for over 25 years.
