Fattoush is life 😍

One of the most popular salads in the Levantine cuisine, fattoush is a mainstay during feasts.

Especially popular as a Ramadan dish, it combines a variety of ingredients including vegetables such as radishes, lettuce. cucumbers and tomatoes combined with sumac, pomegranate seeds and pomegranate molasses with a topping of fried flatbread to add an exquisite crunchiness to it.

Stuffed vine leaves are Lebanese food royalty. Although it’s an imperative side dish in the Lebanese cuisine, it’s popular across the Levantine region.

There are two main options for this gorgeous creation; rice and meat or rice and vegetables. At The Pine we offer the vegetarian option, freshly cooked in-house.

Fried kibbeh is a dish made in heaven!

A national dish of Lebanon and Syria, the kibbeh is especially popular in the Levant but also across the Middle East and North Africa.

Made by forming balls of bulgur wheat filled with pine nuts, meat and spices before frying them to give them a unique interior and exterior texture.

It’s a dish that comes naturally to a Lebanese feast!
