She joined us from Joanna's when we first opened and, thankfully for us, has stuck around ever since.

Mags, we love your mad ideas, quirky ways, endless creativity and your ability to keep us all entertained. Thank you for everything you bring to Spinach - there really is nobody quite like you.

Good coffee doesn't just appear in your cup ☕🌙

Behind every bag of Moon Roast is Fran, who started roasting coffee late at night in a Hampshire barn and built Moon Roast into the brilliant company it is today.

And behind every delivery to Spinach is Kels - our amazing Moon Roast rep, coffee enthusiast, problem solver and all-round legend. Whether she's dropping by to check on the coffee, help with training or answering our endless questions, she's always there with a smile.

We're lucky to work with people who care as much about great coffee as we do. 💚

So here's a little appreciation post for Fran, Kels and the whole Moon Roast team. Thanks for keeping us, our team and half of South London well caffeinated ☕✨
