SlowBurn SlowBurn is a vegetables-focused casual popup restaurant in Walthamstow We want to champion vegetables and put meat on the side.

Founder and Head Chef Chavdar Todorov combines a variety of cuisines and concepts that reflect his cosmopolitan and philosophical approach towards food and life. Inspiration is drawn from travel, books and personal experience. We care about sustainability and lots of our options are vegan-friendly. That means more nutrition, and less waste.

One night, one very good reason to get around the table 🍽️

On Thursday 15th October, we’re joining forces with for a one-off dinner, including eight dishes over three courses made for sharing, at £65pp before service and drinks

Think artichoke flower confit, Cornish pollack with St Austell mussels, Delica pumpkin and saffron poached pears 🍐

All proceeds go to StreetSmart, supporting people experiencing homelessness across London and the UK

Plus, Dave has created 100 limited-edition SlowBurn T-shirts in black or white, featuring ‘LOVE SLOW BURN BRIGHT’. £50 each, with all profits going to charity (pre-sale closes Sunday 11th October)

Last but not least, to support Tottenham Foodbank, we’re asking dinner guests to bring three eligible tins or long-life food items per person on the night (or make a £10 donation) to receive an A4 limited-edition "Love Slow Burn Bright" art print personally signed by Dave

We’re joining forces with our friend and East London artist legend Dave Buonaguidi, AKA Real Hackney Dave, for a special collaboration bringing together food, art and community in support of two brilliant causes: STREETSMART and Tottenham Food Bank

Expect a one-night only charity dinner, a limited edition art print and a brand new tee-shirt campaign

🍴 THE CHARITY DINNER 🍴

Join us on Thursday 15 October for a one-off collab dinner with Dave

Priced at £65pp (before service and drinks), you’ll enjoy eight dishes over three courses to be shared for the table

Dishes include:
🍆 Mauve aubergines, Parmesan cream beans, Roscoff onions & salsa macha
🐟 Cornish pollack, St Austell mussels & massaman sauce
