Welcoming the very best of London’s culinary talent to our kitchen, our series celebrates the incredible dining this city has to offer 🔥

Earlier this month, we hosted an incredible (sold-out!) evening joined by Chef of .restaurant, who cooked beside Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell and the team, serving up a once in a lifetime menu.

Last night, as part of our series, Chef of .restaurant joined Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell and the team, working in synergy behind the counter 🔥

On the menu there were signature Donia dishes (such as scallop kinilaw and crispy pork belly lechon) alongside Pavyllon’s modern-French cuisine.

The six-course menu showcases signature Donia dishes, such as scallop kinilaw and crispy pork belly lechon, alongside dishes from Chef Benjamin, developed in collaboration with the world’s most Michelin-decorated Chef Yannick Alléno.
