Meet the UG Schnitzel Sando - our limited-edition September feature for The Hoxton, Southwark’s Sarnie Special.

Salt & pepper chicken schnitzel, inspired by our Head of Food Ana Da Costa 高安娜 ‘s favourite Chinese flavours. UG slaw with our signature ginger-pickled carrots. A generous spread of our gochujang miso sauce. All between two slices of toasted white loaf.

On the menu at The Hoxton, Southwark until the end of September. Get it while it’s going!
