Introducing the latest drop in our Guest Chef Series, created with chef and award winning food writer Georgina Hayden.

Inspired by the vibrant flavours celebrated in Georgina’s bestselling cookbooks, Greekish and MEDesque, this salad is a love letter to long Mediterranean lunches and the food of her Greek-Cypriot heritage.

At its heart is a new souvlaki-inspired honey & herb chicken, layered with juicy tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onion, black olives and a generous scoop of hummus. All tied together with fresh mint, coriander, sesame seeds and a new creamy lemon-feta dressing.
