We opened our doors this year with an idea of what Appalachia could become. Since then, the kitchen has found its rhythm, the tables have filled with familiar faces and new ones, and Shoreditch has started to feel a little more like home.

Those principles still guide Chef Ali and the kitchen today, interpreted in our own way in Shoreditch.
