We did something we don’t normally do with this one - we bought it without even tasting the samples.

We tasted Jorge Mira’s coffee years ago, loved it, and when we saw El Jaragual again, we just went for it.

Meet this handsome squad at London Coffee Festival ☕️

Tom from Stay High Coffee & Tom from Kafe Bybodlo will be at the Unic Coffee stand on Friday morning. Later in the afternoon — and throughout the weekend — Tom will be joining Ramiro and Juan from Muscox Colombian Coffee.

Thursday is reserved for both Toms roaming around, saying hi, collecting stickers, and bringing me pistachio milk. Don’t forget Tom or you’re cooked 😅

This one is all about red fruit intensity — think ripe raspberries, sweet cherries, floral hibiscus and a soft cotton candy finish. Bright, expressive and packed with aroma.

Produced by Jairo Arcila at his Santa Mónica farm in Quindío, this Castillo lot undergoes a honey process with a red fruits co-ferment.
