Our dining room is lively, you can smell the smoke from the wood fire, it’s bustling with people chatting and great music.

Radish carpaccio.

This dish highlights the farmers we use, and pays homage to Alain Passard, a visionary when it comes to seasonal produce. The radishes and pears are from in Cambridge and the sea herbs are from are up in Scotland. The dressing is made with pear, ginger and a kumbo oil, finished with mustard seeds and black mustard leaf.

Not your everyday salad. Grilled puntarella hearts and smoky veal kidney, slowly cooked in butter, finished with a sharp anchovy, parsley, lemon and olive oil dressing.
