In some parts of China, folk are vegan on New Years Day. Now my Uncle told me it was to give all living things a chance but Google says it’s cleansing and purifying, and meant to bring good luck and prosperity in the New Year. Not sure which to follow but it’s yummy all the same so win-win really 🤔😂
