Gnocchi are an authentic classic in Italian cuisine. They are made of small lumps of dough composed of semolina, ordinary wheat flour, egg, cheese, potato, breadcrumbs, or many other possibilities 🥟

These versatile dumplings are amazing both baked, fried or boiled. At we serve them with crema di gorgonzola e taleggio 🧀 topped with walnuts and black pepper. A mouth-watering dish! 🤤
