Our Summer Special cookie sandwich is ready!

Strawberry Buttermilk, White Chocolate & Lemon

Super creamy strawberry ice cream, bursting with strawberries with a dash of buttermilk and lemon for a delicious, flavour enhancing tang. Sandwiched between two freshly baked Callebaut white chocolate chip cookies.

It’s hot. You have the perfect excuse. Enjoy! 😄🍓🍋

Our very special collab with .glug.life.

Using their incredible first harvest extra virgin olive oil, we’ve created a very special ice cream. We have baked gooey dark chocolate brownies with and sea salt, and then layered the ice cream with them and toasted pine nuts (with Glug, of course).

Tubs are available at a limited number of our favourite London stores. Currently in .london, and with , and a few other great places to follow very soon. Keep an eye out!

If you get your hands on a tub, I hope you really enjoy it and can taste the love that has gone into every scoop.

Our Movie Night! ice cream has had a bit of a makeover 💅🏻

Same delicious combo of cookies, Madagascan vanilla cream and Belgian chocolate. Only now the cream is a touch creamier and the cookie has chocolate chips (in addition to the shards that speckle the ice cream). A big change is that the cookies now contain gluten.

We didn’t make this decision lightly as we know some of you love to be able to get a gluten free ice cream with cookies you can eat. We just couldn’t ignore the feedback to the taste testing with the new cookies which was repeatedly ‘ohh I think this is even better!’ 😍

So firstly, they now are extra yummy and contain gluten. Secondly, we have a gluten free flavour in the works! It will be equally indulgent, will involve freshly made cookies and lots of chocolate! So watch this space….

For a short while you will find both varieties of Movie Night! in the stores. Please note, the new tubs are clearly marked (as in this photo) with ‘New Cookie Recipe’. And on the back we clearly state Contains Gluten. Xx

Our Brookies… Still being tweaked and finalised but looking forward to sharing these with you. The cookies are the most fudgy brownies made with Callebaut dark chocolate and the ice cream filling is our award-winning Madagascan vanilla. We have started with a soft launch while we improve our processes and speed - making three new cookie sandwiches from scratch is a time consuming business 😰- so you can only find them in for the moment, but they will be available in more stores soon.

Fresh delivery to yesterday - which also included our Cookies & Cream and Coffee Break Sandwiches - so let us know what you think 😋🙏

NEW STOCKISTS in time for Spring 🌷🍨

Not many posts from me recently, that’s mainly because we have been very busy making ice cream, making plans for 2026 and eating ice cream with new stores we’d like to work with.

It’s a real pleasure to be stocked in and . Great stores, all in different parts of town - we have even made it south ☺️

If you are a food store and want to try our ice creams, sorbets and now (🥁) our growing selection of insane cookie sandwiches, DM us.
