We just launched BIG sister SPEAK on Substack. 🖤

Everything you want to hear, know, ask, discover or understand about BIG sister will be shared there : stories, behind the scenes, playlists, thoughts, projects and all the things we don’t always say here or we don’t have time to talk about together!

The first post is a playlist, I’ll post a playlist per month! 🙏🔥

BIG sister lately ❤️

So grateful for you, so grateful for your support and love. Just so, so grateful.🥲

It’s been a busy summer between heatwaves, trips to London for property viewings, exciting projects (I was filmed talking about business while sitting next to Paddington Bear… lol 🐻) and the day-to-day running of BIG sister.

Behind the scenes, we’re working hard to bring BIG sister back to London permanently. Exploring investment opportunities (I somehow ended up having lunch at a VERY fancy private members’ club in Marylebone… wearing the sh*ttiest outfit ever 😅), figuring out how to make it happen independently, searching for the right space (where exactly? How many seats? SO many viewings…) and taking our time to make the right decisions (OMG, decision fatigue is REAL).
But one thing’s for sure: it’s going to happen. 🤞❤️

We look forward to autumn: new menu, new vibes, fresh air & hopefully some good news 👀🤞🫶🤜🤛

How was your summer?

In the meantime, we’re SO looking forward to autumn: a new menu, new vibes, fresh air & some news 👀🤞🫶🤜🤛

Multiple versions of one of the best cheesecakes we’ve ever made : our pistachio & lemon cheesecake ✨🍋

Of course vegan but gluten free as well! (personal favorite🥹)

Before opening BIG sister, Nico worked as a pastry chef in three gastronomic restaurants, and that fine-dining background still shapes the way every dessert — and, more broadly, all the food we serve — is imagined and created.

Sadly, we’ll be saying goodbye to this one very soon… until next time 😬👀🍋
