From studying Nutrition and Dietetics in the Philippines to over 10 years in hospitality in London, Mary brings warmth, curiosity and care into every shift behind the bar.

Starting at Fern in 2023 as a barista before moving into bartending, she believes great service starts with a genuine smile - and ends with happy guests.
Her favourite drink at Fern? A Clear Piña Colada 🍍

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her travelling with family, volunteering at school events or learning something new.
