It’s been awhile we haven’t posted anything on social media. Sorry guys! Some of you have messaged us asking if we are still making Chilli O’Kay. And the answer is - YES!!!

After moving and renovating, our kitchen is now ready. So we are finally back in business!

How are you guys? It’s been a while since we posted an update! We just experienced a very busy, sort of crazy November and we’re finally back!

A new batch of Chilli O’Kay is ready to order now. We only have a very limited amount as some are already reserved for pre-orders. If you miss this round, do message us to pre-order.

I’m finally back in the kitchen today and have made a new batch of Chilli O’Kay. It’s been sometime and I’ve seriously missed the smell of it!

Making a batch of Chilli O’Kay takes a lot of time to prepare but I think cooking is a good meditation routine for me. You need to really concentrate and enjoy every step. If I’m feeling down that day then my food won’t turn out great either. Believe me this is true.

So the only way to do great work is to enjoy what you love to do!☺️

久違了的香味

跟廚房好久沒好好發生感情，這數星期都一直在忙東忙西。煮一回好吃的Chilli O’Kay其實真的花盡心思，由買材料、預備到煮好都用上很多時間。

這樣看似很容易的一罐辣椒油背後隱藏很多少少的細節，但對於我來說做飯是好好的冥想，全情投入專注做好每一步。我每次心情低落時做的都不叫做美食，只談得上一頓飯。

所以，只要是做熱愛的事，那都會令你發光的！

I’ll be away for a long awaited holiday for a week (I can’t wait!), so any orders made from today will be despatched by mid-October.

Quick lunch idea 💡

It’s okay if you don’t really fancy grabbing a sandwich for lunch (I know the feeling). But know that you can simply have your lunch ready in less than 15mins, with 4 easy steps!

- Add wontons to boiling water as per the package instructions
- Add egg noodles to the mix and cook for 2 minutes
- Add 2 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar + 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1/4 sesame oil to a bowl and stir well
- Quickly toss the noodles together and serve with wontons and TONS of Chilli O’Kay

明白每天午餐的時候不想吃三文治又不想太麻煩～有沒有想過只需要四個步驟15分鐘內就能吃到美味午餐？

香港的雲吞麵都是湯麵，但湯也不可能天天煮吧～吃個雲吞撈也不錯！

- 按照包裝指示用一鍋熱水煮好雲吞
- 在雲吞差不多煮熟前2分鐘放入蛋麵
- 碗內加兩湯匙鎮江醋、一湯匙生抽及1/4湯匙芝麻油拌好
- 撈起麵和雲吞，快手與醬汁拌勻，然後加入*大量*Chilli O’Kay

Hats off to handcrafting skills - I highly respect that my dad insists to deliver his best cooking in this way throughout the years.

As his daughter, I hope I can bring you the taste of our home.

向傳統手藝致敬 - 對於爸爸煮麵的生涯堅持要做得最好表示敬佩，上至到每款食物都親自處理，下至麵條是他麵廠自家生產和煮出自家辣椒油，他一直都是一絲不苟只求做出好食物。

這也是我對Chilli O’Kay的宗旨，希望做出好食的辣椒油，真材實料，同時也不忘將家味帶到英國。希望居英的港人吃到家味，也希望在英的外國人吃到傳統的潮州辣椒油。
