Situated in Mercure Hotel London Bridge, this New York Italian brings an authentic yet contemporary concept to the busy business district of the capital. With Marco’s Italian heritage, the New York Italian brings a twist on traditional Italian cuisine by combining the taste of America with inspirational flavours from the Mediterranean. Simple food done well, Marco’s New York Italian London bridge is debuting the NEW menu for the brand. By going back to basics, the new menu introduces fresh, tasty and humble Italian dishes such as Spaghetti di Pomodoro and Pizza Americano (Tomato, mozzarella and spicy sausage). The menu doesn’t shy away from American classics like Hickory Smoked Baby Back Ribs and The Great American Beef Burger (BBQ sauce, Bacon and Monterey Jack Cheese).
