This summer, British pop artist ’s cult character is taking up residency at The Salad Project. Taking over seven London stores, a series of digital and physical interventions sees the lobster dart across screens and cannonball into salad bowls, serving up a welcome dose of surrealism during the lunchtime dash.

If, as his creative forefather Warhol claimed, “art is anything you can get away with,” then Colbert’s universe proves that a lobster walking into a salad bar can be as joy-sparking as any gallery show.

Take a piece of our partnership home with a limited edition signed print designed to celebrate the fact art can exist anywhere. Even in a salad bar. Available via our website while stocks last.
