Since the early days, we've put our heart and soul into every bowl of ramen - making our noodles, broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch. We’re very proud of this award, everyone at Tonkotsu contributes to the family culture. Hospitality is packed full of amazingly talented people; we are lucky to have so many of them in our restaurants, and the brilliant support team around them who understands have can’t look after our guests until we’ve looked after each other.
