If you order one dish on our menu, be sure it's this one! 👇🏽 Our crusted roast rack of lamb is served in a rich hibiscus sauce with a mixture of traditional Moroccan and North African spices. The lamb is marinated overnight then slow roasted at a low temperature. The braised pearl barley enhances the flavours of this dish. Ras el hanout is presented with mashed potatoes blended in herbs. The spicy crust on the lamb is sure to get those taste buds tingling!

Happy Pancake Day! Our Head Chef Luca has whipped up a savoury Spring Onion and Ricotta pancake for guests to enjoy here at breakfast or make at home! Full recipe and ingredients shared below.

Spring Onion and Ricotta Pancakes (4 portions)
Preparation time
less than 20 mins
Cooking time
less than 10 mins
Serves
Makes 4 small pancakes

Ingredients:
135 g self-rising flour
250g Greek yogurt
1 egg
Tsp baking powder
100 g ricotta cheese
100 g sauté spinach
4 spring onion finely sliced
Chopped parsley and mint

Method
In a mixing bowl fold self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and baking powder.
Add finely chopped spring onion, ricotta cheese, and cooked spinach. Make sure the spinach is cooled off.
Mix until obtaining a smooth mixture.
Heat up a pan with a touch of oil and pour the mixture in it.
Bake in the oven for 3.5 minutes at 175 degrees. Flip the pancake over for finishing.
Garnish with some ricotta cheese, diced leek and some baby spinach leaves.
