It's clear why you need to respond to the negative reviews. But why to respond to the positive ones? Is there any value in a simple "Thank you" as a response to a review? What do you think?

Responding to positive feedback is often sidelined as business owners focus on damage control for negative customer reviews. After all, how often do you see an ecstatic Google review go viral?

Yet engaging customers who are already enthusiastic about your business is the perfect way to create a loyal following and a strong referral network. In fact, 78% of consumers say that hearing from management about their reviews makes them believe the business cares more about them.

The benefits of responding to positive reviews are twofold: You attract new customers with your thoughtful, engaged responses, and you boost retention rates, which have a radical impact on your bottom line.

We make it easy to add this business ritual to your weekly routine. Here’s how;

✨ Build search credibility with reviews.
✨ Prioritize the customers who prioritize you.
✨ Write their name. Express gratitude.
✨ Give immediate value or inside knowledge.
✨ Mirror the details they share.
✨ Share a thoughtful sign-off.

⁉️ Why you should always respond to positive reviews

When you respond to a customer online, you can have the same impact as sharing a big smile or a warm hug with a customer in person. As communities move online, that same spirit of generosity and appreciation should infuse your interactions across every forum. People notice that extra effort.

Plus, positive reviews make potential customers almost 70% more likely to trust a local business. Just as you would thank a customer for a referral, you want to thank them for an amazing review, too.

The next time you’re tempted to skim through notes of praise online, think about how you would respond in person. Acting as graciously on review sites as you would face to face builds trust and real relationships. By sharing gratitude and acknowledgment, you expand your community and deepen its loyalty. In time, you’ll look forward to the opportunity to respond to the wonderful things customers are saying about your business

East London has been an area of regeneration over the past decade or so, after being hit hard by the recession. It is now the city's home of digital and technological businesses from startups all the way to global companies, including Google and Facebook.
Once home to London’s slums and workhouses, east London is now a global centre for creativity and innovation. A combination of relatively cheap land, unoccupied buildings and demographic diversity have proven to be a fertile breeding ground for art, fashion, music and culture.
The capital’s hippest postcode is a melting pot of cuisines, each area - from Stoke Newington to Clapton and -everywhere in between- offers a trip around the world for your taste buds. There is no end to what East London can offer when it comes to food. Modern European eateries continue to rain supreme with fusions from Spanish, Italian and French cultures, there’s an abundance of cosy, classic pubs alongside modern Asian restaurants.
Another must see place in East London is Broadway Market, which known as a gem of East London. The street is filled with unique boutiques, interesting bookstores, and independent grocers that attract people from all over.
On a small street with a big reputation, this crowded, buzzy strip between London Fields and Regent’s Canal is the food-loving hipster’s hangout of choice as well. Many different cafe, bar and restaurants in the area to have all-day brunch and cocktails, tasty lunch and dinner options allday, everyday.

Video is the medium that all types of audiences crave. Human brain is designed to be impressed by the richness of audio and imagery. Because it uses both, video marketing can surpass every other type of medium in engaging the senses of the target audiences . If you look at what is being done now in terms of marketing, you’ll notice that video plays a central role in virtually every major outreach and marketing effort.
As a local business owner, you need to find ways to make effective marketing decisions despite various obstacles like budget constraints, time shortage,
skill limitations and especially the current pandemic situation we live in now. Sure, there are many marketing avenues that you can explore, but video marketing is the hottest trend currently and it’s not showing signs of stopping anytime soon.
The average UK adult spends more than 100 minutes daily with digital videos this figure was 39 minutes in 2011. In fact, video has grown to the point where it accounts for one-third of all online activities.
With a quality video you can rank on YouTube (2nd largest serch engine in the world) and reach out your potential customers. Let them know your business and operations. Once you are on youtube so you will start ranking on google searches as well so you will be more visible to your customers online.
It’s really important for local restaurants and cafes to have professional videos for their business to be visible online, in different social platforms where their customers are usually hanging around.

Just because your local business is a one-man team doesn’t mean that you can’t afford to use video marketing as a sales driver.
