Introducing the Mortadella Beach Sarnie, created in collaboration with as part of our Hox sarnie series.

Toasted focaccia, mortadella, stracciatella, sliced peaches, CASA LAWA garden pesto, chilli oil and lemon zest. £15 for the sandwich or £25 paired with a Peach Collins.

Available throughout August in The Hox Holborn lobby. Beach (sadly) not included.

Leek in nori, bagna càuda, leek ash and crispy leeks.

A dish built around using every part of the leek. From the green to the white, nothing is wasted.

The leeks are gently confit before being wrapped in nori and rolled into a mosaic and served with a vegan bagna càuda.

For the May edition of our Hox Sarnie Special, we’ve teamed up with .ldn in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.

Meet the Barbacoa Torta: beef barbacoa, refried beans, avocado, red onion, esabeche, salsa roja and a grilled cheese crust, all on toasted bread. A spin on a classic Mexcian torta, inspired by their barbacoa taco.

Sip on a Sonora Paloma with Patrón silver, taco spice, lime, agave and London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda.

Landing 1 – 31 May in The Hox Holborn lobby. Get it whilst it’s hot.
