Loving this clay pot with eggplant and minced pork. So aromatic and just a tint of spices adding the kick but no way overpowering.

A well balanced nutritious dish - Eggplant has many health benefits such as high in antioxidants. Lean minced meat just dotted around, adding enough protein but not heavy for the stomach.

The fun aspect- the slim, smooth and silky rice noodles just slip through the tongue but guaranteed not make any noises 😉 ( but the kids love to sometimes...)😂

I was born in China. Since living on my own as a student for 16 years old, I have been always loving cooking! My husband and I met in the uni. We enjoyed travelling and exploring the world together. One of my hobbies was to seek authentic cooking methods and ingredients while travelling to different cities and villages in China. I love talking to the local people about how they preserved the natural aroma of the food, what secret ingredients they used and etc.

However, since we have two little kids, our plan has to be adapted to the new lifestyle. I had to quit my full-time job as an accountant and spent most of my time looking after our family. I love sharing my dishes with my neighbours in my spare time and got really positive feedback, so I started selling them in the local community. Gradually, I start to have many followers, but the admin work behind it drained me off, I'm feeling so relieved when I found out about Secret Chef Club. It enabled me to enjoy cooking, sharing and selling my dishes without being bothered by all the marketing, texting, calling, exchanging, packaging and delivery.

Most important of all, I feel so supported and everyone goes through the challenges together with me like their own. Here is more than food and passion but also a lifelong friendship. ❤️
