We’re thrilled to announce that tickets for our ‘How to Eat to Get Your Sparkle Back’ Dinner are now available! 🌟

Join us at Numa for an inspiring evening led by expert Nutrional Therapist and Executive Coach Stefanie Daniels of Life begins at menopause, where she’ll share tips on how to fuel your body to feel your best. Also a meaningful group discussion to reflect on the last time you felt truly vibrant, explore ways to invite that sparkle back into your life and set simple, actionable goals to take with you.

Enjoy a nourishing 3-course meal lovingly prepared by Michael and our Numa team, alongside a calming mini breathwork session by Katie Rose, a skilled breath work practitioner, to set the tone for mindful eating.

What a night! Last Saturday, we hosted an epic 40th birthday celebration at Numa, and it was one to remember. Snow was falling outside, but inside was pure fire thanks to DJ Olly Grant, who kept the dance floor rocking all night! 🔥

A big shoutout to our team at Numa for the delicious canapés and drinks that kept the party going, DJ Olly Grant for the amazing tunes, AAll Wrapped Upfor the stunning balloon installation, and here’s to more unforgettable evenings like this! 🥂🥳
