For my birthday today, we’re bringing together a few of my favourite things — coffee, salted caramel, and, of course, cinnamon buns. Introducing the Caramel Latte Cinnamon Bun ☕

A cinnamon bun topped with coffee and salted caramel cream cheese frosting, drizzled with white chocolate cream, and finished with a milk chocolate coffee cup filled with our salted caramel sauce and hand-decorated with latte art.

I have a few things I’d like to say, but I’ll save those for next week when I celebrate properly. For today, there’s nowhere I’d rather be than in the place I love, doing what I love, surrounded by the people I love.

And to my lovely customers — thank you, always, for your kindness, support, and for allowing me to do what I love every day. ❤️

We are collaborating with The Chocolate Smiths 🍫🥳

Last month, we baked 1,500 blondie slices and drove six hours up past Newcastle to deliver them to the lovely chocolatiers at The Chocolate Smiths. Honestly, we could've just posted them, but Steffi and Nicole from The Chocolate Smiths personally visited us at our store in London, so the least we could do was surprise their team with cinnamon buns!

We took part in a chocolate workshop, were given a tour of their beautiful facility, and were gifted our weight in chocolate bars. We spent the rest of the day exploring Newcastle, including enjoying fish and chips by the seaside at The Fisherman's Bay and some delicious bakes from Savour. It was lovely to have a bit of downtime. We filmed plenty of footage which we'll release over the next few weeks.

The collaboration chocolate bars will be available to purchase on Friday 7th August (8pm UK time) and every Friday 8pm throughout August at www.thechocolatesmiths.com.

Hi everyone,

I'd like to apologise for the lack of activity on this page. As you know, we got hacked last month. It took a lot of effort to get our Instagram account back, but Facebook was still not allowing us in. To protect my Instagram, I immediately unlinked the account from my Accounts Centre after the last post.

Anyway, we're finally back. Business has been operating as normal at our Chingford store and on our website. Our opening hours have slightly changed and we're doing an exciting collaboration this month with a wonderful company. I will do a series of posts to catch you all up on the updates from the last month. ❤️

On July 1st we were hacked.

We had our account suspended. Money stolen. Google accounts accessed. We had our store vandalised.

Nearly 300K followers across Instagram and Facebook couldn't hear my shout for help. 6 years of hard work was crumbling before my eyes. A few people realised something was wrong and that our daily stories and reels weren't showing. People were finding our backup page ().

The community came to our aid. Our regulars kept coming in. Customers offered their network of contacts. Small local businesses such as , .stop, , and .outt did their best to spread the word. Helen at shared updates to Chingford locals.

Councillors Mitchell Goldie, Kelly Summers and Siobhan Wing gave their support. Our local Member of Parliament Sir Iain Duncan Smith personally came to the bakery and wrote to Meta.

My brother and I fought. We fought hard. I went to Meta HQ with brownies to explain the situation. I continued posting on TikTok. We continued baking, serving and smiling.

It was a gruelling 2 weeks. Like a nightmare I couldn't wake up from. But I'm finally back. I missed you all ❤️
