At Moonstruck we love filter coffee, espessialy when we get the chance to brew up something special on pourover (aka hand brew) 🤩

It’s fun being a mulit-roaster, it means we always have a decent selection of different roasters on offer for pourover. Occasionally though, things get a little out of hand 👀

At Moonstruck we’re seriously falling down the ultra light roast rabbit hole 🐰 It’s a bit of an acquired taste, but brewed correctly and enjoyed thoughtfully, there is a whole world of wonderfully delicate tasting notes and flavours present which might otherwise be lost or obscured by a more developed roast. ✨🌸

It can be a fine line for the roasteries when you get into this very light roast territory, but when they get it right, it’s a true joy 😌 This is why we are always excited to have the very best on the bar.. in this case we have coffees Belgium based Picky Chemist and China based Goût & Co! 🤩

This is a special cupping featuring coffees gathered from this year’s World of Coffee in Brussels, Belgium. A limited number of tickets are available on Eventbrite - link in our bio or at bit.ly/brusselscupping ☕️🥄🏆

Brussels hosted the World Brewers Cup finals where the national champions from around the world compete. We are lucky enough to have the competition coffee used by 4 of these competitors on the table for this event:

To coincide with US Independence Day we have Leo Koski aka Coco & Nibs from NYC joining us to host a cupping of some of the best new/emerging roasteries from the States. 🇺🇸 ☕️ 🥄

Selected by Leo, they are the roasters pushing forward a lighter style with more complexity, and world-class green sourcing. ✨

Liam on The Lab stage for the “Ones to watch in 2026” panel talk. Such an honour to be invited onto this session, a great chance for Liam to talk about the origins of Moonstruck is and what sets us apart ✌🏻

Fri 15th, 9am - 12pm, Moonstruck Cafe
Standout bar takeover, direct from Stockholm brewing up pourovers. These guys consistently release some of the world’s best coffees, so we can’t wait to see what they will be brewing up! The two founders and legends will join us Alexander & Oskar 🤩

Sat 16th, 2:15pm - 3:30pm, Bloomtown Festival
Liam representing Moonstruck on the Coborn stand. The beautiful people at Coborn have invited Liam to brew up some of their delicious coffee at the inaugural Bloomtown Coffee Festival - a celebration of coffee created by Coborn and Batch Baby, happening in the space above the cafe in the Rose Lipman Building.

Sun 17th, 9am - 12:30pm, London Coffee Festival Liam representing Moonstruck on the PLOT stand. The festival wouldn’t be complete without us teaming up with our favourite roastery, the coffee we serve everyday in the cafe - PLOT roasting based in Woolwich, with their now legendary stand on the ground floor at LCF. Liam will be helping out Sunday morning, so come say hello and try some of PLOT’s amazing new releases. 🩷☕️

We have LIFT on the bar at Moonstruck this Saturday!

Based in Notting Hill, West London have been a top cafe for many years, now roasting amazing coffee as well, we had to get them in to showcase their killer lineup.

We’re one of the cafes nominated for Best Independent Cafe at the London Coffee Festival Awards 2026. Voting closes Wed 8th April and the winner will be announced at the festival which takes place 14-17 May at The Truman Brewery on Brick Lane.

A.M.O.C. rosado blend in the hopper as house espresso at Moonstruck all weekend! 💥

A Matter of Concrete (A.M.O.C.) is a forward thinking and seriously good, roaster based in Rotterdam, Netherlands - the brainchild of former Coffee Masters Champion Rob Clarijs .cc 🏆

Moonstruck has been a part of a special event where A.M.O.C. released a rosado washed x rosado thermal shock blend for espresso, cafes around the works have been serving this all month.

Expect a fruit bomb of raspberry and rhubarb with a delicious praline chocolate richness ☕️✨

We’ve had great feedback all month in the cafe having this as a house espresso option, but now it’s time to go all in! A.M.O.C. rosado is in the hopper and will be served with all drinks this weekend!
