WE NEED YOU!

Hey it’s Sonny (the founder of Sonny’s), and I need your help.

We’d love to have a 30-60 second video of you talking to the camera, saying why you believe this business is needed and how much it would mean to you.

Things we’d love to hear;
- Your name and the city/country you live in
- The reason you avoid gluten and how it effects your life
- If you need to avoid other foods too
- How it will change your life knowing you can eat somewhere safely on the go

Reason we’re doing this? We’re trying to get the last bit of investment across the line, and some potential investors don’t see the demand or need.

But, they’re only hearing it all from me. I truly believe it would be SO powerful to hear from you, the community, the people that need it.

So many don’t understand the everyday struggle of living gluten free, or having food allergies/dietary requirements.

We’re also not just talking about coeliac disease, we hear more and more people are getting told to avoid gluten for other medical reasons. Eg; crohns, colitis, endometriosis and many more.

So, as we’re trying to get the last bit of investment in, I would love the community’s help.

Did you know we’re working to make sure our whole menu can be adapted to be fully dairy free too?

So many people reached out to say they’re dairy AND gluten free, so the struggle has been double as hard when trying to eat safety on the go… but not for much longer! 😍

We’ve been trying a mix of different dairy free cheeses and sauces, so you get the best taste possible 👌

It’s amazing to hear from so many people wanting to talk about their experience, either firsthand or through a loved one.

We can’t wait to have more of these talks in 2026 as part of this series, and see this community come together when the first Sonny’s opens 💜

WHAT A YEAR 🙌🎉

Going through some snaps from this year made us realise how far we’ve come. At the beginning of the year this was all still just an ‘idea’ and now it’s starting to come to life.

The year started with sharing our elevator pitch, we also created the first version of our menu and it’s already dramatically improved since.

We’ve done 2 big food events which were both massive successes 🎉 Thank you to those who came and supported 🙏

People have tried our food and LOVED it, which means the world. I can’t wait for more of the community to taste our food!

A special shoutout goes to those who have invested so far, your belief in our journey from an early stage will forever be appreciated 🙏

We’ve been shortlisted for awards and even started to build our team. We’ve even been endorsed by after winning the ‘Elevator of Dreams’ and ending the year with an office and a team 🥲

No we haven’t opened yet, but Rome built in a day. The progress from this year has well and truly built the foundations needed to make this a success.

Thank you to every single follower, thank you for every single like and thank you for spreading the word. Thank you for everything, we’re very grateful ❤️

We’re building this so people can eat safely together, and we’re getting closer to our goal…

2026 is going to be a big year for Sonny’s and we simply cannot wait.

Introducing ‘Gluten Free? Talk To Me!’ 🪧

A street interview series where we talk about all things gluten free, from people with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance, to the friends and family of those that follow a gluten free diet.

Today’s interviewee is Mab, a long-time follower of Sonny’s who believes in the mission and wanted to share her story 🗣️

Introducing our first team members…

Riley - 28 year old from Australia currently living in London, Riley was diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic in 2015 and a Coeliac in 2018. He has a background in healthcare (paramedicine) and sales.

Kedar - 23 year old from Leyland currently living in London. Kedar was diagnosed with coeliac disease in December 2024 and has a background in journalism, marketing and public relations.

‘Knowing somewhere is safe to eat’ 🗣️

This is such an important message! Cross contamination can destroy a coeliacs body over time (with just a crumb!) and people with food allergies take a huge risk eating at certain places that simply don’t care about allergies or don’t take it seriously enough. People should be able to eat safely without risking their health.

It’s time for a change, enter Sonny’s.

Oh, and this gentleman also said:
‘You would never know it’s gluten free’ 🗣️

That came from someone that isn’t gluten free! So if you’re gluten free and people around you aren’t, this now means that you can bring your friends, family, colleagues and they’ll all enjoy the food with you 🎉
You no longer have to feel like the ‘odd one out’.

Let’s all eat safely, together 🤝
