Seasons offers a Mediterranean menu, focused on the concept of seasonality, which is a crucial factor for sustainability. The organization wants to deeply interpret this concept, through the food menu, the supply line, and the zero-waste policy. All the excess of the fresh products in our restaurant is exchanged with other restaurants to avoid the waste. The same procedure is applied to our fishmongers among our bistros.

For this reason, we are organising a special Ricci dinner this Friday.
