The foundation of a larb is traditionally a minced meat salad, and KOYN’s rendition begins with your choice of warm Chicken or Beef, prepared tableside for a touch of culinary theatre.⁠

Each larb is seasoned with a delicate balance of classic ingredients: roasted rice powder, chili powder, spring onions, shallots, mint, Thai parsley, lime juice, and fish sauce. Reflecting the vibrant diversity of Thai culinary heritage, no two larbs are the same across Thailand – and at KOYN Thai, you can tailor the seasoning to your taste.
