A few shots of our tasting menu we’re running until the end of the month. We put together our favourite dishes from our new menu in a tasting format for our guests to enjoy.

We’ve had such lovely feedback on this and are already planning our next variation from April. Thanks to all who have already joined us, and those who are booked to come.

Gambas al ajillo, done our way.

We’ve iterated a lot with this dish (as you can imagine!) and we’re very happy with how this has turned out. Like all of our cooking, it’s about sourcing quality produce prepared simply.
