Some wine regions ask to be discovered slowly. The Loire Valley is one of them. From the 1st of June, we are bringing a little piece of it to Paulette and Josette — a curated flight from a four-generation family estate in Esvres, at the gates of Tours, farming organically across 18 hectares in one of the valley’s smallest and most special appellations, AOC Touraine Noble Joué.

Mamie knew that the best meals are never complicated. A good chicken, cooked low and slow until it gives. Morels that only come around once a year, worth every penny and every minute of patience. A cream sauce that earns its place on the plate. Mashed potato that asks for nothing more than to be underneath all of it. The chicken leg with morels at Paulette. Simple ingredients, done properly. Come and sit down. 🌿
