In partnership with , our signature Bee’s Knees combines Silent Pool Gin with lemon, chamomile, thyme, honey, and orange. A beautifully balanced serve created for slow sipping by the water.

Our Cocktail Masterclass offers an elegant weekend experience, beginning with breakfast on arrival, followed by two cocktails, and a three-course meal. Designed for celebrations, gifting, and memorable occasions, each session is an intimate introduction to the art of cocktail making.
