Claudia joined us nearly two years ago, driven by a long-standing admiration for the Group's reputation for excellence. Since then, she has become an integral part of the fabric of The Delaunay.

We’re celebrating a beautiful milestone for Dorota Marach and Tudor Codreanu. Since joining us a decade ago at The Delaunay as Head Waiters, they’ve worked their way up to become the backbone of our senior team as Restaurant Managers.

At Manzi's, General Manager Dorota Kulesza speaks openly about the importance of recognising when it’s time to pause and reset.

The Wolseley City recently went under exclusive hire, reimagining the entire space for a bespoke full-day event.

This included a full production setup, a bespoke five-course menu, and an evening of entertainment from The Function Band… all brought together seamlessly by the team.

The teamwork was outstanding – calm and professional, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Our guest feedback says it best: “The party was amazing and the venue, food, team and service were exceptional… The level of service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble…”
