Meet the w**e maker! Dinner and w**e tasting at Giovanna’s.
We are excited to welcome producer Luigi Di Tuccio to join us at one of our famous w**e dinners this month.
Luigi runs Antica Enotria, an organic and sustainable vineyard and farm in Cerignola Puglia. He will introduce us to his practice, and his family’s philosophy about w**e making. Each of his w**es will be paired with a dish from Giovanna’s reflecting the rich culinary tradition of Puglia.
Our w**e dinners always sell out so we recommend booking early. Tickets available on our website or in store.

Tasting Tuesday has had a glow up.
Join us on the last Tuesday of each month for an informal evening of jazz and w**e. Taste your way through the Giovanna’s w**e library with our sommelier. Music provided by local superstars the PK Trio, who will play us through jazz, funk, blues and more.
Music and four w**es: £26 pp.
Music with no w**e: £6pp
The usual Giovanna’s menu will be available throughout the night. Music starts at 7pm.

Join us for our Rosé Garden Party on the next Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate the beginning of summer. Expect great tunes, fresh rosé from **es and handmade canapés from the Gio’s team. The party starts at 2pm and goes ‘til we close. Spaces are limited, booking strongly recommended.

Looking for local baby-friendly activities? We got you! Join us on Thursday 30th April at 13:00 for the launch of our baby-friendly w**e tastings. Places are limited and we’re almost fully booked, but we have a couple of slots left available. Tickets are £25 and include 4 w**es and some nibbles. Babies welcome, as are mates, family and friends. Fingers crossed for good weather so we can enjoy the (shaded) sun! Pram parking and baby changing spaces provided.

We are so excited to welcome back the fabulous to host our next w**e tasting lunch to celebrate on Sunday 8 March.

Veronica joined our team back in 2021 committed to learning and studying all there is to know about w**e. Since then she has pursued a successful career in the w**e trade in Mayfair. We are so proud of her success and really looking forward to having her vibrant energy back with us for a day.

The w**e tasting follows our usual format of 5 w**es, 5 courses. This session’s theme will focus on female w**e producers from across the world, representing both traditional and modern methods of production.

Have you tried some of our new French cheese favourites?

St Felicien- A thermised cow cheese from the Rhone-Alpes. Made with double cream, think creamy, nutty and tangy.
Chabichou du Poitou- Winner of the Médeaille d’Or in Paris in 2018 agricultural competition, this goat cheese is light and smooth
P’tit Bessin – A great camembert layered with a black truffle and mascarpone.

All great paired with a fruity, opulent red. A reminder that stocks are limited and so please contact us with any Christmas pre-orders before Sunday 21 December.
