If poached eggs are your brunch order, this one deserves your attention 👀🍳

Our Cilbir starts with a creamy yoghurt base, topped with poached eggs, fresh dill and fermented chilli oil, with sourdough on the side to bring it all together. Creamy, comforting with a little kick, it’s a delicious way to switch up your usual brunch order.
