We think ours are pretty special. No shortcuts. No swaps. Just proper flaounes made the way they’re meant to be.

Everything’s fresh and authentic, from the cheese to the spices. Mixed by hand, baked in trays, and made with care - from our kitchen to yours.

Is there anything more perfect than succulent, slow cooked lamb kleftiko on a Sunday?

We think not. Ours is scented with cinnamon, bay leaves and oregano and cooked for 5hrs until it's falling off the bone, and let's not forget those Cypriot potatoes almost confirmed in the lamb fat - utterly delicious.
