We’ve been a little busy lately! 💛 With so many wonderful community events happening at Mahaba, we realised we might have forgotten to remind you about something…

We’re still a café! ☕️🥪

So, if you’re craving a fancy coffee, a bite to eat, or just fancy popping in to say hello — we’d love to see you!

We’re open Monday, Tuesday & Friday from 8am–4pm, and Wednesday & Thursday from 8am–5pm.

Our café is run alongside our amazing learners, and they’ll be very happy to welcome you. Every purchase helps support our young adults with learning disabilities and the work we do together. 🧡

🌿 Last Thursday, Mahaba Café proudly hosted the launch of WE Grow, a community campaign celebrating the “WE” in West Ealing as part of Ealing Climate Week. 🪻

WE Grow is the result of a wonderful collaboration between BA (Hons) Advertising & Public Relations students (Class of 2026) and Mahaba Café.

We were delighted to share a colourful selection of flowers and plants with the West Ealing community, helping to bring a little more colour and greenery to the area. 🌱💐

It was lovely to see the community come together, choosing their favourite flowers and carefully decorating their plant pots with so much creativity and care. 💜

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped us make West Ealing bloom! 🌱

What an afternoon!

On Monday the Ealing SEND Partnership charter was launched at The University of West London University of West London which allowed businesses and organisations to connect with a common goal in mind: incorporating inclusive employment practices in the workplace and making it a priority.

Our Mahaba Cafe graduate Harrison took to the stage alongside Henry House of Young's Pubs to talk about his job at The Grange, and offered advice to other people who are keen to get into employment. He did an amazing job and offered businesses firsthand insight into the impact of inclusive employment and how reasonable adjustments are in fact reasonable!

Our graduates also served canapés to guests, and we were lucky enough to hear from HRH, The Duchess of Edinburgh who emphasised the importance of inclusion in the workplace encouraging businesses to join the charter so other organisations like us can support them with employees.

Our very first Mahaba Fest was a tremendous success, and we couldn’t be happier! 🙌
It wouldn’t have been possible without YOU!

Thank you to the brilliant team at A2 Dominion, our incredible volunteers who gave their time, the vibrant stallholders, every participant who joined in, the amazing performers who kept us dancing, and every guest who attended with open hearts. We are so grateful! 🙏❤️

Special thanks to This is Westside, Greenford Town Football Club, West Ealing Community Library 📚, The Proper Project, Gulf Kitchen, Brentford FC CST, Felix, Cycle Sisters, and Ealing Mencap for your participation and help in making the day memorable!

The West Ealing community is truly something special. We hope to see you all next year! 🌟
