I popped into London for a few days and, naturally, couldn’t resist creating something for the heat.

Meet Blossom - an iced tea with a dash of sparkle.

This blend brings together cooling chrysanthemum flowers and lemon verbena, replenishing jujubes, fresh pear juice, and a hint of orange blossom for balance. Floral, lightly sweet, and deeply refreshing, it’s created to support the body through hot summer days.

London in a heatwave is endlessly ironic to me. Everyone hides from the summer. (And in winter, we complain we never get any sun.) ☀️🤭

A charcoal black velvet sponge filled with cherry whipped cream and topped with silky chocolate mylk buttercream - vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and low sugar, without compromise!

This flavour became such a favourite that serving it once a year simply wasn’t enough. Now it returns and stays on the menu for half the year ✨

We’re looking for a short-form content creator to collaborate with Dendara who can capture the feeling and details of what we do.

The role is focused on reels and documenting the atmosphere of the bakery through movement, texture, food, storytelling, and culturally relevant visual content.

The brand voice and creative direction are already very established internally, so we’re specifically looking for someone who can visually translate the world of Dendara through video.

It’s fascinating how we tend to hold onto what we love, ordering the same thing again and again and wanting it to stay exactly as it is, while the creative in us is constantly being pulled to evolve, to question, to make space for something new.

For Salma, usually that shows up as unexpected combinations, but this time the nudge was different - it was to take something classic and do it really, really well, without compromising on what matters.

So we moved from our original paleo cookie into something more expansive: a chocolate chip and a double chocolate that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar and refined sugar-free, with that same crackling top and soft, gooey center… and somehow, they’ve become the ones that disappear the fastest.
