Well ladies and gentlemen, it is finally here. May we present to you our ‘papaya tree burger’. An idea conceived during lockdown but was put on hold many times due to staff reduction regulations. But it has finally arrived and ready to take pride in your hands. Inside a brioche bun, our secret recipe crispy patty is made with coriander, minced chicken and tiger prawns. Spicy sriracha mayo, shredded lettuce and Thai prawn crackers completes our masterpiece. We sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you 🍔🙏🏼
