It is a pleasure to invite you to our first collaboration dinner with great female hospitality leaders dedicated to International Women's Day. We hope this event will be a celebration of not only women in the industry, but women in general.

Together with the incredible Head chefs and Sommeliers we will present you with a four-course menu for £69 and a wine pairing for £39.

Our Coffee Manhattan is a drink of dedication and inspiration to Montenegro and a special appreciation for coffee and amaro among the people of this country.

What distinguishes it from the classic Manhattan is that we use vermouth infused with coffee and Amaro Montenegro together, making it a softer version, with persistent notes of herbs.

Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our assistant manager Will has been with us since the opening and happens to be one of the biggest fans of skin contact wines in our team.

Presenting this beautiful orange wine from Colli Bolognesi, Emilia Romagna which contains a blend of Pignoletto, Alionza, Albana and Malvasia from different vineyards or various ages, from every vintage back to 2010. A little like the process used to make sherry.

Autumn fruits, overripe apricots, persimmon and dried tangerines with a saline finish.

Rump steak with peppercorn sauce and shiitake mushrooms. Absolutely delicious.

Introducing Ageno La Stoppa from Emilia Romagna. A complicated and nuanced orange wine for fans of distinctive skin contact options.

In 1973 the estate was acquired by the Pantaleoni family who, within a short space of time, had invested in and restructured the vineyards, as well as renewing the cellar. Today the company is headed by Elena Pantaleoni with the assistance of winemaker Giulio Armani.

This is truly an intriguing and seductive amber with intense aromas of caramelised cedar, walnut and spices.
