As we look back on the summer, we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the wonderful events we’ve had the pleasure of being part of ❤️

From beautiful outdoor celebrations and summer parties to wonderful weddings and gatherings with family and friends, it’s been a season full of great food, sunshine and even better company.

A huge thank you to everyone who chose The Gourmet Hog Roast Company to be part of their special occasions. It’s always a pleasure to bring our food and our team to your events, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

And while we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer, we’re already looking ahead… 🍂

Let’s talk about the crackling… 🤤

Our famous hog roast crackling is one of the things guests always come back for.

We slow-roast our whole hogs for up to 7 hours, creating that irresistible crispy exterior while keeping the meat underneath beautifully tender and full of flavour.

Served alongside our traditional hog roast with fresh bread rolls and classic apple sauce.

And honestly… is there such a thing as too much crackling?
